Miniature 1:12 scale Cat Sculpture -- Bagheera

Bagheera was born in the studio October 2013.  A one-of-a-kind miniature scale cat sculpture created by hand in a classic sphinx pose using polymer clay over delicate wire armature.  After curing, Bagheera was dressed in a permanent coat of sleek, black natural fibers (applied layer by layer) using scissors, tweezers, and glue.  Other features include realistic green eyes and individually set whiskers.  Shown here reclining with a popular Halloween treat to give you an idea of her actual size.
